摘要
分析了传统过滤器存在的反冲洗缺陷和进、出水口设计弊端,并进行了相应的改进研究。首先,设计了一个带浮动轴承座的气动升降机构,它能使主轴按要求升降,克服反冲洗时吸嘴和隔板接触磨损问题,并将排污阀改为气动阀,可以快开、快关,实现反冲洗节水;其次,将过滤器下进上出的不同轴结构改进为进、出水口同轴结构,使其安装在顺直的外管路上。新型自动过滤器比传统过滤器体积更小、质量更轻,在相同处理能力下,其反洗时间更短、损失水量更少。
The backwash defects and the inlet and outlet disadvantages of the traditional filter were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement research was made. A pneumatic lifting equipment with floating bearing pedestal was designed. The device can lift the spindle on demand and overcome contact wear between sucker and clapboard during the backwash process. The blowoff valve was replaced by a pneumatic valve which could open or close rapidly and save backwash water. The uncoaxial structure of the filter from bottom to top was reconstructed into a coaxial inlet and outlet structure, which was installed at the external straight pipeline. The new automatic filter is smaller and lighter than the traditional filter. Under the same treatment capacity, the backwash time for the new filter is shorter and the water loss is less.
