摘要
自动化控制是未来污水处理系统过程控制发展的必然趋势,实现全厂控制是发展的最终目标。生物智能控制系统是一套生物池过程控制系统,在扬州六圩污水处理厂的成功应用,大大提高了污水厂的自动化水平,从粗放型管理控制转变为精细化自动控制,同时也节约了大量人力成本,耗电量节省20%左右。三期工程建议从鼓风机设计、生物池空气管路设计、内回流控制系统和系统化成套集成四个方面做进一步优化,为生物智能控制系统成功应用奠定基础,可以进一步扩大二期节能空间,实现整个污水处理厂运行精细化管理的目标。
Automation control is an inevitable trend for future development of process control in wastewater treatment systems, and the ultimate goal is to realize automation control of the whole plant. The bioprocess intelligent control system, a set of bioreactor process control system, was successfully ap- plied in Yangzhou Liuwei WWTP. The system not only greatly improved the level of automation from ex- tensive management control to fine automatic control, but also saved labor cost and about 20% electricity consumption. Recommendations were given to optimize the design and construction of phase Ⅲ project of Liuwei WWTP, from blower design, the pipeline design of the bioreaetors, internal return control system and the integrated system. All of those will help to lay a good foundation for the successful application of the biological intelligent control system, further expand energy savings in the phase Ⅱ project and finally reach the goal of fine operation management.
