基层医院临床药师在呼吸科的工作模式探讨

Exploration of Working Model of Clinical Pharmacist in Respiratory Department of Primary Hospital

目的:探讨切实可行的适合基层医院临床药师在呼吸科中开展临床工作的工作模式。方法:通过工作中亲身实践的典型案例,分析临床药师能够发挥的角色和作用。结果:临床药师在呼吸科中担任了重要职责,是医嘱制订的参与者、药学知识的普及者、合理用药的监督者、不良反应的报告者。结论:基层医院能找到自有特色的临床药师在呼吸科的工作模式,使临床药师成为治疗团队中重要的一员。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the feasible working model of clinical pharmacists in respiratory department of primary hospital. METHODS： Through handson work in the typical eases, the role and effect of clinical pharmacists were analyzed. RE SULTS： Clinical pharmacist played an important role in respiratory department, as a participant of developing medical advice, as a disseminator of pharmacological knowledge, as a blocker of abusing drugs, as a reporter of ADR. CONCLUSIONS ： The primary hospitals could be able to find their own working model for clinical pharmacists, and clinical pharmacists can become the important members in the treatment team.
