摘要
研究目的:随着我国拓展境外矿山资源的步伐加快,中国基础设施公司接手不少矿山重载铁路项目,其轴重一般超过30 t、牵引质量20 000 t及以上,目前我国国内还没有类似项目。本文从矿山铁路总体方案研究入手,突破中国传统设计思路,在认真分析项目运输需求及功能定位基础上,通过轴重、牵引质量、正线数目、最大坡度等主要技术标准的研究、比较,确定矿山铁路总体方案。研究结论:通过研究得出以下结论:(1)选择轴重37 t、单线牵引质量35 000 t方案是经济合理的;(2)对配套设施体现强本简末的理念,尽量简单配置,并建议采用中国产品。
Research purposes: With speeding up the pace of China developing the overseas mining resources, the Chinese infrastructure companies took over many mine heavy -haul railway projects ,with the axle load of more than 30 t and the traction quality of 20000 t or above. At present, there is no such project in China. This paper presents the overall design plan of the mine heavy - haul railway based on the study on the axile load, traction quality, number of the main track and maximum gradient according to the traffic demand and function orientation in order to break through the traditional design ideas in China. Research conclusions: From the study it is concluded : ( 1 ) The plan of adopting the 37 t axile load and 3 500 t traction quality is economic and reasonable. (2) The concept of strengthening the fundamental and weakening the trivial should be followed in matching facilities and the matching facilities should be simple, using China -made products.
