摘要
风电特性统计分析是风电并网研究的基础工作。对风电的统计指标进行了系统的梳理和分类,构建了多时空尺度的风电特性评价指标体系。指标体系可分为反映风电自然特性及其与电网交互作用特性2类,每类指标刻画一项特性,由少量的核心指标与衍生指标构成。结合风电并网后可能对系统造成的影响框架,分析了指标在不同时空尺度下的应用方法。最后以北方代表性风电基地为例,在计算典型指标的基础上说明指标在实际系统中的应用方法。
The statistical analysis of the characteristics of wind power is a basic work. This paper classified the statistical indexes of wind power systematically, and built a wind power characteristic evaluation index system for multiple spatial and temporal scales. The index system could be divided into two categories which reflected the wind power natural features and the interaction with grid respectively. Each category of the indexes consists of key indexes and derivative indexes to represent one main characteristic. Considering the integration problems wind power may bring to the grid, this paper analyzed the application of the indexes in different spatial and temporal scales. At last, basing on statistics of typical indexes, the paper explained the index system application in actual system using data from some northern wind farms as an illustration.
