摘要 提出基于高精度有限元分析和优化算法的分析驱动设计方法,实现了大口径反射镜的快速设计。首先使用商业CAD软件设计反射镜的概念模型,其模型的构型只受少数关键参数控制。然后针对概念模型进行高精度有限元分析,得到能够权衡计算精度和计算代价的有限元模型。接着对反射镜的概念模型进行布局优化设计。最后提出反射镜的详细模型,并对其进行参数优化设计。该设计流程通过Isight平台集成后自动运行,并回避了传统上光机结构设计流程依赖于几何模型的不足。基于该集成流程,设计了一个1.5 m口径反射镜,分析得到其面形PV值小于λ/12,RMS值小于λ/56(λ=632.8 nm)。设计结果表明,该方法具有很高的设计效率和实用性。 Analysis Led Design method, driven by high precision finite element analysis (H-FEA) and optimization algorithm, was introduced for the fast design of large aperture mirror. Firstly, the mirror's abstract model, whose configuration depended on several geometric parameters, was drawn by commercial CAD software. Then, the H-FEA was carried out to get the adequate FEA model by considering both computational precision and cost. With the very FEA model, layout optimization of the abstract model was implemented to update the CAD model. Finally, the mirror's detailed model was drawn and optimized parametrically. All procedures and iterations were driven automatically in an automatic integrated flow without manual interruption. A 1.5m aperture mirror design example, achieving λ/12 PV and λ/56 RMS (λ=632.8 nm), shows the high efficiency of the method.
