摘要
针对光伏电池直流物理模型,在VisSim平台下,开发了光伏电池通用仿真模型,并分析了串联电阻和并联电阻对光伏电池特性的影响。利用该模型,可以模拟光伏电池参数、太阳辐照度、电池温度下的光伏电池I-V特性。仿真曲线验证了该仿真模型正确且可行,可以用于光伏发电系统中实现动态仿真。
For the DC physical model of PV cell, a versatile simulation model of PV cell was developed under VisSim platform, and the influence of series resistor and parallel resistor on PV cell characteristic was analyzed. The I - V characteristics of PV cell could be simulated at any parameters of PV cell, solar irradiance and cell temperature by the model. By the simulation curve, it is validated that simulation model is correct and feasible, and it can be used in PV system to realize the dynamic simulation.
