摘要
介绍一种基于陶瓷电容传感器的压力水位计,给出水位计的硬件电路设计方案,主要技术指标和结构。为使水位计获得更高精度,提出硬件电路补偿及软件数据拟合的处理办法。通过选取量程分别为2和50m的水位计进行长期稳定性和不同温度测试,实验结果证明该水位计工作稳定可靠,测量精度高,各项指标满足设计要求。
The paper introduces a pressure water level meter based on ceramic capacitive pressure sensor and provides design scheme of the hardware circuit, the main technical data and installation methods. To acquire a better- precision, it puts forward processing method of hardware circuit compensation and soRware data fitting. The long term stability and temperature tests are made for the meter (including one of 2 meter range and one of 50 meter range). The test results show that the meter is stable, reliable and high precision to meet the design requirements.
