摘要
变加载模拟系统是航天型号半实物仿真环节中非常重要的一环,本文通过变加载试验,探讨了在使用弹上实物运行真实弹道的情况下,变负载模拟器代替不同梯度传统钢板加载的可行性。实现了传统钢板加载不能实现的反向加载和实时可变加载,证明了实时可变加载对于控制系统的可行性。分析了加载系统在不同加载情况下对舵机系统线位移和舵轴外端角位移的影响,为今后舵机系统舵轴外舵面位移控制的进一步研究提供了一种试验手段,具有较大的参考价值。
The system of loading simulator is a very important part of hardware-in-the-loop simulation. Firstly, the variable loading test system is researched while using the onboard device and running the theoretical trajectory, the result show that it is feasible that the traditional steel armor plate of different grads is replaced by variable loading simulator. Secondly, the reverse loading and the real-time variable loading are resolved in this approach, and the results demonstrate that variable loading is possible for control system on the space vehicle. Finally, it shows that the linear displacement and angular displacement are directly affected by variable loading. The simulation and the result analysis prove that the method mentioned above is practicable and usable in engineering.
