摘要
知识型员工日益成为企业核心价值的创造者,研究知识型员工工作满意度的组成维度及其与离职倾向之间的关系,对于解决企业高离职率问题至关重要。基于结构方程模型的实证分析以知识型员工为研究对象,通过实证手段研究知识型员工工作满意度的构成维度,分析知识型员工工作满意度各维度与离职倾向之间的关系,并就提高知识型员工工作满意度、降低离职倾向提出相关建议。
Knowledge workers have established themselves as the core value creators in enterprises. Thus, exploring and under-standing the various dimensions of job satisfaction and the relationship between job satisfaction and resignation intention among knowledge workers are the key to for enterprises with high resignation rate. Using knowledge workers as the research subjects, this paper analyzes the dimensions of job satisfaction, and the relationship between dimensions of satisfaction and resignation intention. Finally, it proposes incentives and retention strategies for knowledge workers to improve their satisfaction rate and reduce their resignation intention.
