高校宿舍文化建设是高校校园文化的重要组成部分,是培养和塑造大学生正确的价值导向、积极的人生观和优良的生活品质的重要阵地,也是高校开展思想政治教育和德育工作的有效切入点与重要平台。当前,我国高校宿舍文化建设在物质、制度和精神三个层面都存在着不同程度的问题,高校可以从奠好基石、铸好堡垒和提升品位三个维度来探寻宿舍文化建设的有效机制。

University dormitory culture construction is an important part of campus culture. It is not only a place to develop and shape students＇ correct value orientation, positive life attitude and good life quality, but also an effective entry point and important platform for universities to develop ideological, political and moral education. At present, university dormitory culture construc- tion has various degrees of problems in three different levels of material, system and spirit. Universities can explore an effective dormitory culture construction system through the three dimensions of laying good cornerstone, casting good fortress, and enhancing the taste.
