系统阐述了 CAD技术在 MCM设计中的作用、MCM CAD的环境及 MCM CAD的方法和流程 ,指出了目前国内外 MCM CAD技术的发展现状和发展趋势 ,分析了目前 MCM CAD设计技术的研究热点。
