摘要
根据 MCM互连线的特点 ,用一种简洁高效的技术对耦合有耗传输线去耦。在单根传输线的研究中 ,利用系数匹配法及递归法 ,方便有效地求得了特征导纳函数、特征指数函数的麦克劳林展式 ,然后用指数衰减多项式法求得其对应的时域函数。最后 ,利用多重极点递归卷积法求得了任意端接负载的时域响应。
Based on the characteristics of MCM interconnections, a simple and effective method is presented to decouple lossy coupled transmission lines In the study of single transmission line, Maclaurin series of characteristic impedance and exponent are obtained by method of memont matching as well as recu rsion, and functions in time domain are obtained by exponent decayed polynomial function (EDPF) Based on the recursive convolution equation of real pole, equation of conjugated complex poles is derived for the first time Finally, r esponses to arbitrary loads are obtained by using recursive convolution
