羟乙基淀粉40氯化钠注射液相关物质的研究

摘要 目的:建立紫外-可见分光光度法以测定羟乙基淀粉40氯化钠注射液相关物质的含量,控制其质量。方法:照紫外-可见分光光度计,在波长为400nm处测定吸收度,不得大于0.08。结果:紫外-可见分光光度法与比色法检测结果一致。结论:该法快速、简单、准确、易于操作。 Objective:To establish the UV -visible spectrophotometry determination method for related substances in Hydroxyethyl Starch 40 Sodium Chloride Injection,and control the quality. Methods:The absorbance was measured by UV-visible spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 400nm,and should not be greater than 0.08. Results:The results are consistent with the UV-visible spectrophotometry and colorimetric method. Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and easy to operation.
