门诊处方点评分析

Outpatient prescription comment on analysis

目的:对门诊处方进行点评,规范处方书写,促进临床合理用药。方法:按月份等间距抽取2011年7月～2012年6月第2个自然周的门诊处方共1200张,进行处方点评,对不合理处方进行分析。结果:我院门诊处方书写存在许多问题。合理处方570张,不合理处方630张,处方合理率为47.5%。结论:医院应加强管理,医生应加强责任及提高用药水平,药师应持续进行处方点评和处方干预,以提高处方质量。

Objective：To conduct the outpatient prescription,regulating the prescription writing,promote the clinical rational drug use. Methods：By the month and spacing extraction in July 2011～June 2012 the second natural weeks of outpatient prescription 1200 zhang,prescription comment on,the unreasonable prescription analysis. Results：The outpatient prescriptions in our writing many problems. Reasonable prescription 570 pieces,unreasonable prescription 630 pieces,GeLiLv prescription is 47.5%. Conclusion：The hospital management should be strengthened,the doctor should strengthen the responsibility and improve the level of drug,pharmacists should continue prescription comment on and prescription intervention,improve the quality of prescription.
