摘要 采用极化相互垂直的泵浦光 ,结合耦合器与环形器构成的反射装置 ,增加了 SOA的作用距离 ,在很宽的调谐范围内得到较高、相对平坦的转换效率与信噪比。 Using two orthogonal polarized pumps, and with the reflector consisted of the coupler and circulator, which increases the active length of SOA, we get relatively flat and higher conversion effciency and SNR.
