摘要
根据天线电气设计给出的微带盒的装配精度 ,采用相等公差值法解尺寸的链方法确定微带盒各零件的公差及上下偏差值 ,并在工艺方面尽可能降低机加工的难度使各零件满足装配要求。
The equal tolerance value method is used to find a solution of the dimensional chain and to determine the tolerance values and the upper as well as lower deviation values of all parts in the microband box. And the difficulties in the manufacturing process are reduced as far as possible in the aspect of technology in order to make all parts in the microband box to meet assembling demands.
