介绍如何在加拿大北方电讯公司生产的 DMS- MTX系统上实现实时计费 ,它使手机租赁业务和临时用户等特殊移动用户可以随时进行话费查询和结算 ,以及满足电信局定时统计话务量。它对传统脱机计费是很好的补充 ,对进一步完善计费系统有着重要意义。
