摘要
讨论了一种在PSTN(公用电话交换网 )上实现基于PC的实时视频通信系统的方案 ,它将对在现有窄带通信网上实现可视电话、移动可视通信、远程监控等业务有重要意义。
A discussion is devoted to PC based scheme to implement real time video communication over PSTN.It is significant for the realization of videophone,mobile video communication and remote monitoring over N ISDN.
