In the future light－speed economy model a new type of network service provider will emerge namely CyberCarrier which integrates the functions of network transmission and data center to provide good hardware environment for network hosting and application service hosting． Meanwhile ASP can provide high quality and reliable services for end users． CyberCarrier＋ASP is the development direction for the operation model．
