摘要
中国通信市场的开放，将造成新的通信运营模式、通信业务多样化及众多新型通信运营商的出现，其结果是直接导致通信市场格局的变化。目前，通信业界正酝酿着又一次空前的革命，即由因特网经济向光速经济转变。光速经济是因特网经济的高级阶段，将会有新型通信运营商——网络空间供应商（ＣｙｂｅｒＣａｒｒｉｅｒ）出现。文章给出了ＣｙｂｅｒＣａｒｒｉｅｒ的网络参考模型，并认为现在是中国的通信公司向ＣｙｂｅｒＣａｒｒｉｅｒ转变的最好时机，应从加强光传送网络建设入手，建立网络数据中心，从容迎接光速经济的到来。
The opening up of Chinese telecom market will bring about new communications operation model communications service diversification and the emergence of multiple new communications operators which will directly cause the change of communications market pattern． Today the communications industry is brewing another unprecedented revolution i．e． the transition from Internet economy to economy of light． Economy of light is the high－level stage of Internet economy in which new communications operators CyberCarrier will emerge． Network reference model of CyberCarrier is presented in this paper． It is believed that nowadays is the best opportunity for Chinese communications companies to transform toward CyberCarrier．The communications companies should start from the construction of optical transport networks and set－up network data center to meet the economy of light at leisure．
