摘要
齿轮齿条传动机构是物件转运应用较为广泛的一种机构.采用多体动力学软件MSC.ADAMS建立了机构的虚拟样机,对相关参数进行设置.通过对机构进行仿真,得出转速和力矩等关键参数,为齿轮齿条传动机构电机和减速器的选取提供理论依据,并对其运动过程中的振动和冲击问题进行了很好预测.
Gearrack transmission is widely used in conveying mechanism. The virtual prototype of a machine was established by using the multi-body dynamics software MSC. ADAMS. The relevant parameters were set and the simulations were made. After analyzing the result, the key parameters such as the revolution and moment were obtained, thus providing the theoretical foundation for choosing the motor and reducer of gearrack mechanism, and forecasting the oscillation and shocking in the process of movement.
