摘要
目的:以未栽培白花蛇舌草、栽培一茬白花蛇舌草和栽培二茬白花蛇舌草大田土壤为研究对象,分析白花蛇舌草连作对土壤无机元素含量的影响。方法:用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP)测定土壤中Al、As、Cd、Co、Cu、Fe、Hg、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、Pb、Sr、Zn等元素的含量,并与国家标准作比较。结果:随着白花蛇舌草连作年限的增加,土壤中除Na元素和Sr元素表现出富集外,其他元素的含量无明显变化。结论:白花蛇舌草对土壤无机元素无偏好性吸收。
Objective: With the soils from the fields which had not been planted Hedyotis diffusa and which had cropped Hedyotis diffusa for one and two years as test materials, this paper study the element content. Methods: The inorganic element content was analyzed with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer (ICP). Results: In the soils which had cropped Hedyotis diffusa for different years, the differences of inorganic element content was smaller. Conclusion : Hedyotis diffusa has no preference absorption of inorganic elements in the soil.
