摘要
喷头内部特殊的结构形成细水雾,不同结构的喷头产生的细水雾属性也不同。通过fluent软件,对比分析喷头内部流道和结构参数对雾化效果的影响,设计出一种结构简单的喷头,对喷头的结构参数进行了优化设计,实验表明,该喷头结构简单,得到的射流有较大的轴向动量和径向动量,适合灭火使用。
Nozzle is the key component of water mist systems, which is also the water mist formed parts. Many analyses were done to explore atomization with different nozzle internal flow and structural parameters, and a nozzle is designed with the optimal Pa- rameter. Experiments show that this type of nozzle has a simple structure, while the jet has a larger axial momentum, radial momen- tum and a big spray angle, which help to improve the breadth and depth of water mist fire suppression.
