摘要
合理的技术创新战略模式是科技企业在竞争激烈的市场中获得持续竞争优势的关键,对企业有着深远影响。本研究首先对我国民营科技企业现状进行调查,将民营科技企业根据收入规模分为5类,并选取微小型民营科技企业为主要研究对象;然后构建我国民营科技企业合理的技术创新战略模式选择的层次结构,运用AHP的量化分析方法,以F公司为例,比较自主创新、模仿创新和合作创新3种创新模式,得出自主创新模式是与该公司能力及所处环境相适应的最合适创新战略;最后启示微小型民营科技企业应敢为天下先,坚持自主创新,获得无可取代的核心竞争优势,由此中国创造才有希望。
Reasonable technical innovating strategy pattern is the key of getting sustainable competitive advantage for science and technology enterprises in the competitive market, which has a profound impact on the business. This study firstly investigates the sta- tus of private technology enterprises in China, divides them into five categories based on the income scale and select small scale private technology enterprises as the research subject; then builds a hierarchy structure for the selection of reasonable technological innovation strategy for private technology companies, and use AHP method to compare three innovative modes as F Company for example. It is concluded that independent innovation mode phase is appropriate for the company based on its ability and the environment therein; Fi- nally the authors suggest that small scale private technology enterprises should be adhere to independent innovation thus get core com- petitive advantage irreplaceable.
