摘要
高级计划与排程(Advanced planning and scheduling,APS)系统是一种基于约束理论和供应链管理的生产计划与排产工具。自其产生至今,已经显示出在制造业生产计划与控制方面的巨大优势。APS较同样具有生产计划制定作用的企业资源计划(ERP)系统有何优势以及APS在工业企业中又有怎样的定位,本文将对以上问题做出论述。
Advanced planning and scheduling （APS） system is a kind of production planning and production scheduling tools based on the Theory of Constraint （TOC） and Supply Chain Management （SCM）. Since its formation up to now, APS has shown huge advantage in production planning and in manufacturing enterprises. The advantage of APS over ERP which also acts as an impor- tant role in the production planning and control and the orientation of APS in indus^al enterprises were discussed in this paper.
