摘要
利用MAGMA软件对主轴承盖3种工艺方案的充型和凝固过程的温度场、流场以及缩孔缩松进行模拟,通过对模拟结果的对比分析,优选出合理的工艺方案并进行优化。采用优化的工艺方案进行生产,成功生产了主轴承盖铸件,避免了多个方案在实际生产中更改工艺、反复调试造成交期延后和成本浪费,从而有效提高了新产品开发的一次成功率。
Temperature field, flow field and shrinkage during the filling and solidification process of three kinds of process plans on the main bearing caps were simulated by using of MAGMA softwar. After the analysis of simulation results a reasonable process scheme was found out, and then was optimized. Using the optimized process plan, the main bearing cap castings were produced successfully, and a number of options for changing process, repeating testing in the actual production were avoided, which may result in postponing delivery and cost waste, and the success rate of the new product development was improved effectively.
