浅析柴胡“入解表药生用,清肝炒熟用”的内涵

Analysis of Crude Bupleurum for Relieving Superficies and the Processed One for Removing Liver Heat

柴胡为我国传统中药,临床常用药。古代本草书籍中关于柴胡的炮制方法记载较多,炮制理论也较为丰富,2010版《中国药典》收载醋柴胡。然现今柴胡临床所用饮片以生品为主,炮制品使用较为混乱。本文就《本经逢原》中所述柴胡"入解表药生用,清肝炒熟用"的理论,结合柴胡的功用、方剂配伍、化学成分、药理作用及临床应用等方面综合进行论述,试探析该理论的科学内涵,为临床合理使用柴胡饮片提供参考。

Bupleurum is a commonly used drug in clinic. Many processing methods and theories about Bupleurum were recorded in ancient herbal medicine books. Bupleurum processed with vinegar is recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2010 Edition. However,now crude Bupleurum is more ofte n used in clinic than processed ones. The application of processed products is unrea- sonable. This paper discussed the traditional theory of the crude Bupleurum for relieving superficies and the processed one for removing liver heat recorded in Benjing Fengyuan, combining with the efficacy, the compatibility of medicine, the chemical constituents,the pharmacological effects and the clinical application of Bupleurum. And it tried to analyze the scientific connotation of this theory, and provided the reference for using Bupleurum rationally in clinic.
