应用中医内治法治疗腰痛疾病的理论探究

Analysis on TCM Internal Therapy for Lumbago

在重视、强调中医外治疗法的今天,笔者另辟蹊径,追根溯源,畅游于古代医海之中,纵横于中医经典理论之间,对中医内治法治疗腰痛疾病的理论进行了又一次的悉心梳理。在仔细研究历代医家的理论成果之后,笔者认为腰痛疾病的病因病机可以归结为为"肾虚为本,感受外邪,跌仆闪挫为标",当用"补肾为先,兼以祛邪"的治则与治法进行临床治疗。具体而言,在临证时既要注重"急则治其标"的外治疗法,更应注重"缓则治其本"通过"补肾之法"来疗病的内治法。

Nowadays, people pay more attention to TCM external therapies. The author, however,has made a summary of TCM intemal therapies for lumbago based on TCM classics. The author believed that the causes and pathogenesis of lumbago should be kidney deficiency as the root and external evils and traumatic injury and sprain and contusion as the branch. The principle should be to supplement kidney combined with expelling evils. Particularly, besides the external therapies for treating the branch when severe, the internal therapies for treating the root when moderate by supplementing kidney should be emphasized.
