川芎嗪与辛伐他汀治疗肺心病患者肺动脉高压随机双盲对照实验

Randomized Double-blind Controlled Trail on Ligustrazine and Simvastatin in Treatment of Pulmonary Hypertension due to Pulmonary Heart Disease

摘要 目的:评价川芎嗪与辛伐他汀治疗肺心病患者肺动脉高压的有效性和安全性。方法:选择本科2010年1月—2011年12月收治的肺心病肺动脉高压患者100例,采用随机对照双盲试验将患者分为川芎嗪组和辛伐他汀组,观察观察两组治疗前后的肺动脉压、肺功能、动脉血气和BNP的变化,比较两者的疗效,并观察两组的不良反应。结果:川芎嗪与辛伐他汀能使肺心病患者肺动脉压、肺功能、动脉血气和BNP较治疗前有明显改善,但川芎嗪在降低肺动脉压和BNP方面优于辛伐他汀。结论:川芎嗪与辛伐他汀均能有效改善患者肺功能、肺动脉压、动脉血气及心功能,且不良反应发生率低,值得推广应用。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ligustrazine with simvastatin in treating pulmonary heart disease in patients with pulmonary hypertension. Methods : 100 cases of pulmonary heart disease patients with pulmonary hypertension in our department from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected to do the randomized, controlled, double - blind trial. The pa- tients were divided into lignstrazine group and simvastadn group. Before and after treatment, observation of pulmonary arterial pressure,lung function, arterial blood gases and BNP was carried on, comparing both efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results : Ligustrazine with simvastatin in patients with pulmonary heart disease can reduce pulmonary artery pressure, im- prove pulmonary function and arterial blood gas. Compared with pre - treatment, BNP was significantly improved, but ligustrazine was better than simvastatin in reducing pulmonary arterial pressure and BNP. Conclusion : Ligustrazine and simvastatin are effective to improve lung function in patients with pulmonary hypertension, arterial blood gas and cardiac function, and a low incidence of adverse reactions, and it should be widely applied.
