HPLC法测定清空软胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Qingkong Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定清空软胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6×200mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(25:75:0.5)为流动相,流速1.2 mL/min,检测波长230 nm。结果:在给定的色谱条件下,芍药苷与相邻组份色谱峰分离度良好,芍药苷在0.1004～2.008μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.5%。结论:所建立的方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可以控制清空软胶囊的质量。

Objective ：To establish the method of determination of paeoniflorin in Qingkong Capsule by HPLC. Methods：Using Diamonsil C18 column （5 μm,4.6 mm -200 mm）, the mobile phase was methanol - water - glacial acetic acid （25： 75：0.5 ） and the detective wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results：Paeoniflorin had a good linear range from 0. 1004 to 2. 008 μg, r = 0. 9998, and the average rate of recovery was 98.5%. Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate, reproductive and highly specific. It can control the quality of Qingkong capsule.
