物理刺激颈动脉窦在国外的应用及其作用机制

Application of Physical Stimulation of carotid Sinus Abroad and Its Mechanism

高血压是一种常见的疾病,许多患者需要长期服药。推桥弓是传统中医按摩中的一种常用手法,具有降血压的作用,且环保副作用小。桥弓穴的位置与颈动脉窦的位置十分接近,因此部分学者认为推桥弓即等同于发挥按压颈动脉窦的作用,从而发挥降血压的功能。文章将回顾物理刺激颈动脉窦在国外的常用方法、应用及其作用机制,分析这些方法与中医推桥弓的异同,并指出推桥弓是一种不同于物理刺激颈动脉窦的治疗手法,其降血压的作用机制仍待进一步研究。

Hypertension is a common disease, and many patients have to take medicine for long term. Tuiqiaogong, with the effect of depressing blood pressure, is a commonly used manipulation in traditional Chinese massage, which is environmentally friendly and with fewer side effects. The location of Qiaogong is very close to that of carotid sinus. Therefore, some scholars hold that Tuiqiaogong is equal to physically stimulating carotid sinus, so as to depress blood pressure. The methods, application and mechanism of physical stimulation of carotid sinus abroad are reviewed, similarities and differences of physical stimulation of carotid sinus between Tuiqiaogong are analyzed, and the point thatTuiqiaogong is a kind of treating method different from physically stimulating carotid sinus is stated. Tho mechanism of depressing blood pressure of Tuiqiaoaong need to be further studied.
