促透剂在中药透皮给药中的应用及研究

Research on Application of Skin Penetration Enhancers in Chinese Medicine Transdermal Administration

中药贴膏剂是目前国内外用制剂的研发热点,但由于皮肤角质层的作用以及药物本身的理化性质等因素,贴膏剂的透皮吸收成为限制其发展的首要因素。文章通过查阅相关文献,对透皮吸收促进剂及其在中药贴膏剂中的应用情况进行了整理,期望能为中药经皮给药系统的研究与应用提供参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine plaster is the hot topics of domestic topical formulation at present. However, because of the role of stratum corneum as well as the physicochemical properties of the drug itself and other factors, the transdermal absorption has limited its development of plaster. This article has summarized the penetration enhancers and its application in traditional Chinese medicine of the plaster,which refers to the relevant literature and expects to provide a reference for Chinese medicine transdermal administration.
