决定茶叶品质的关键环节就是茶叶的加工及拼配过程,而茶叶清洁化加工技术则是确保茶叶加工质量安全的有效措施。文章分析我国茶叶清洁化加工的现状,结合实际工作经验提出改进茶叶清洁化加工的有效措施。
