“企业进班级”学生管理工作模式探究——以南职院10室内设计专业进驻运德集团银衫企业实习为例

工学结合,校企合作,企业进班级已成为高职院校办学的特色与优势,而学校和企业的一系列深度合作则对学校的教学和学生的管理工作带来全新的挑战。在班级工作的常规管理基础上,通过校企合作,企业进班级活动的积极实践,文章提出班级管理协作化、制度化、规范化、表格化管理模式来应对校企合作学生管理工作的新情况,为探索高职院校校企合作学生管理新模式、探索校企合作育人新途径积累实践经验。
