酵母培养物对肉仔鸡免疫功能、抗氧化及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究了酵母培养物对肉仔鸡免疫功能、抗氧化及血清生化指标的影响。选用240只1日龄健康体重相近的AA肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只,试验期21 d。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组为酵母培养物组,酵母培养物添加量分别为0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%。结果表明:Ⅴ组的脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数分别比Ⅰ组高61.45%(P<0.05)、23.05%和49.25%(P<0.05);Ⅴ组的血清新城疫抗体滴度显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组的T-AOC均显著提高,Ⅴ组T-SOD显著高于Ⅰ组,MDA含量显著低于其余各组(P<0.05)。添加酵母培养物对肉鸡血清蛋白质、甘油三酯、总胆固醇及尿酸含量均有显著影响(P<0.05),但血糖含量没有显著变化。结果提示,饲粮中添加酵母培养物可以增强肉仔鸡的免疫机能,提高机体的抗氧化能力,改善血清生化指标,且本试验条件下酵母培养物的适宜添加量为0.20%。 The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of yeast culture on immune function and antioxidant indices of broilers. Two hundred and forty one-day-old AA chickens were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 chickens per replicate. The chickens in the control group (group I ) were only fed a basal diet ,and groups Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ,Vand Ⅵ were yeast culture groups, supplemented with 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20% and 0.25% yeast culture, respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, the spleen index, the thymus index and the bursa of Fabricius index were increased by 61.45%(P〈0.01), 23.05%and 49.25%(P〈0.05); the anti-NDV titers in groupV were increased significantly(P〈0.05). The serum total anti-oxidation capability (T-AOC) activity in groups Ⅲ、Ⅳ, V were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05), higher above 56.44%, 61.96% and 69.33%, respectively; the serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) activity in group V was enhanced while the serum malondialdehyd (MDA) content was decreased significantly. Yeast culture had significant effects on the serum total protein, serum cholesterol, serum triglyceride and serum uric acid, but no effect on the serum glucose.In conclusion, supplementation of yeast culture can enhance immune function, meanwhile increase antioxidant indices and better serum biochemical parameter of broilers. Under the experimental condition, the appropriate supplementation amount of yeast culture was 0.20%.
