调查临床药学专业学生对实践教学要求和考核指标的合理度,分析其实践教学的优势和不足,提出改进建议:因此合理调整实习要求,扩大自主学习空间能提高临床药学专业学生实习过程中的学习效果;增设考核项目,完善考核标准能促进实习学生积累临床经验,掌握更多的临床知识。

This paper makes an investigation of the rationality of students＇ requirement and assessment index of practice teaching of clinical Pharmacy, and also makes an analysis of the problems and proposes reasonable practice requirement, improvement of study effect, adding assessment items and perfect assessment norm in the teaching.
