元认知干预技术对大学生英语学习焦虑干预的有效性研究

摘要 采用实验组对照组完全随机设计的方法来验证元认知干预技术(CEI)对英语学习焦虑缓解的有效性,可知元认知干预技术能够有效地降低大学生的英语学习焦虑,改善习惯、动机、自我效能感等各项影响英语学习的情感因素。
