摘要
全膜并联电容器制造过程中,真空浸渍工艺过程是极其关键的.研究表明全膜并联电容器真空浸渍工艺过程是否完善,既与真空浸渍工艺过程中的3个关键参数即温度、真空度、时间密切相关,还与环境振动(利用超声波)也密切相关,本文拟重点对超声波用于电力电容器真空浸渍过程可行性进行初步探讨,希望对提升全膜并联电容器产品质量有所帮助。
The vacuum impregnation process is extremely critical in the process of all-film shunt capacitors production. It is shown by the study that a perfect vacuum impregnation process of all-film shunt capacitors is closely related not only to the three critical parameters of the process such as temperature, vacuum degree and time, but also to environment vibration (using ultrasonic wave). In this paper, the feasibility of applying ultrasonic wave to the vacuum impregnation process of power capacitor is preliminary discussed with hope of improving quality of all-film shunt capacitors.
