为满足GSM网络利用率以及话音业务占比的要求,需有效控制本地网无线利用率、数据业务占比,并且继续保持数据业务质量。对现网无线利用率现状进行了分析,并通过网络规划、PDCH信道优化及GSM数据业务分流等方法,对网络利用率进行优化。最终达到用户感知的目标。

For satisfying the demand about the GSM network function and ratio of voice services , we need to control the wireless network function of local networks, the ratio of data service, and continue to keep the quality of data service. Through the analyzing the wireless network function, we optimize the ratio of network further by the method of network planning, PDCH channel optimizing and GSM data distribution. Finally, the target which is from the demand of users was achieved .
