摘要
本研究以某师范院校的143名大学生为被试,旨从核心自我评价角度出发来研究大学生的职业成熟度,从而把握核心自我评价与职业成熟度的关系。研究表明:大学生核心自我评价在性别上存在显著差异、在家庭来源上不存在显著差异;大学生职业成熟度在性别上及家庭来源上均存在显著差异;大学生核心自我评价得分与职业成熟度及四个维度存在显著的正相关,与亲友依赖维度存在显著的负相关;大学生核心自我评价对职业成熟度有显著的预测作用。
In one Normal University 143 students were tested to probe into career maturity in respect of one high- grade personality CSE, so that the relevance between the two is grasped. The results showed that the CASE of the students differed markedly in gender while differences in terms of family background were not obvious; significant differences of career maturity were observed both in terms of gender and family background; the CASE score of a student was conspicuously positively correlated with his career maturity and 4 dimensions of its respectively, notably negatively correlated with his relational dependence; nevertheless, the correlation between CASE and his career reference was negligi- ble ; the GSE of a student played a remarkable role in predicting his career maturity, but its predictive effects on various dimensions of ca- reer maturity are not alike.
