关于教学型大学科研与教学关系的思考

A Reflection of Relationship between Scientific Research and Teaching in Teaching Universities

教学型大学应以教学为中心,但由于多种原因,我国相当多的教学型大学过度重视科研,以至严重冲击教学。这与我国高等教育从精英教育走向大众化教育的趋势相悖,不利于教学也不利于科研,须切实加以转变。通过对教学型大学的科研现状和教学现状及其原因分析,文章认为,要改进教学型大学的教学与科研之间的关系,必须做到:强化科研与教学的同等重要性;调整经费投入;完善评价机制;科研与教学享受同等待遇;加强师德修养。

Teaching universities should take teaching as their center. But for various reasons many of them pay so much attention to scientific research that it impact the teaching negatively. It must be changed because it is against the tendency of higher education from elite education to public education and is unfavorable to beth teaching and scientific research. This paper, through the analysis of the status quos of scien- tific research and teaching and their reasons in teaching universities, holds that to improve their relationship, the equal importance and treatment must be emphasized; the investment of capital must be adjusted; evaluation mechanism must be perfected; and reconstruction of the teachers＇ professional ethics should be enhanced.
