辅导员视角下的大学生心理健康教育

The Psychological Health Education of University Students from the Perspective of Counselors

大学生的心理健康受到广泛关注。由于工作职责的要求以及思想政治教育与心理健康教育的相辅相成特性,辅导员应该而且能够参与到大学生心理健康教育中来。开展大学生心理健康教育,辅导员需要具备良好的心理素质和道德品质、一定的心理学知识,还要重新定位自身的角色;可以采取建立学生心理档案、显性教育与隐性教育相结合、团体辅导与个别谈话相结合的途径,同时发挥学生朋辈及专业心理咨询人员的作用。

The psychological health of university students is widely concerned. Because the job requirements and the complementary charac- teristics between ideological- political education and psychological health education, counselors should and can participate in it, with good psychological quality, moral quality, psychological knowledge, and role specification. Also, it is suggested to put up students＇ psychologi- cal archives, to combine explicit and implicit education, and to combine the way of group guidance and individual talk. At the same time, the peer and psychological counseling professionals are needed to play a role.
