摘要
针对目前中层管理人员绩效考核存在的问题,结合胜任力理论构建绩效考核的评价指标,运用层次分析法、专家调查法以及360度绩效考核法确定指标权重,采用模糊综合评判法作为考核方法,三者相结合,为考核中层管理人员绩效考核提供一种思路。
The work of middle-level managers is very important. Whether the performance evaluation method establishment is scientific and effective or not becomes the key to the entire achievements management successor failure. On the base of problems about the performance evaluation of middle manager, this paper discusses the performance evaluation index system on the competence model, and two method combination applications, designs the KPI essential performance indicator system and the middle-level managers performance evaluation method, especially to revolve AHP and Delphi technique, 360 degree examination law, fuzzy method to define performance target' s extraction, weight assignment and so on. The three method combination applications provide idea for the performance evaluation of middle-level managers.
