摘要
在市场经济条件下和社会转型加速期,企业工会是职工合法权益的代表者和维护者,是企业重要的组织基础和工作基础。但是民营企业职工面临着巨大的工作压力和精神压力,企业工会的工作也面临着许多严峻的挑战。民营企业工会通过引入企业社会工作的价值理念、工作方法等为其开展工作提供了重要的帮助,它是民营企业工会工作一场革命性的创新,具有十分重要的现实作用和理论意义。
Under the market economic conditions and during an accelerating period of transition in China, trade union represents and protects workers' legal rights, which is based on important organization and work of enterprises. However, workers in private enterprises are facing huge job pressures and mental stresses so that trade unions in enterprises are also facing lots of serious challenges. Adopting values, methods and so on from corporate social work is very helpful for trade unions in private enterprises to carry out the work, which is a revolutionized innovation to trade union work in private enterprises.
