摘要
经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,使城市人口的数量激增,市民结构也相应发生明显变化。这些新增市民为城市的各行各业注入了生机与活力,并逐渐成为城市的主人。他们在无形中改变着市民结构,也影响着市民素质的提升。素质教育的严重滞后,制约着城市的综合发展,动摇着城市现代化的基础。通过指出市民结构变化中市民素质存在的问题,探索素质教育的可行性路径,促进人与城市、人与教育的和谐发展。
The high speed of economic development and urbanization process make an increasing number of city population during which time the civil structure has changed. These new citizens from all walks of life injected vigor and vitality into the city and gradually become the master of the city. They change the civil structure virtually, and also affects the enhancement of citizens＇ quality education. The serious lag of quality education restricts the comprehensive development of city and shakes the foundations of urban modernization. By pointing out the existing quality education problems in civil structural changes, this paper explores the feasibility paths of improving quality education, to promote the harmonious development of human and the city, human and education.
