摘要
食品安全问题已成为一个普遍严重的社会问题,当前研究主要集中在食品安全的内涵界定、意义探究、现状描述、现实根源及应对策略等方面。食品安全的研究关系到经济发展、政治稳定及民生安定,当前食品安全存在的隐忧繁多,其症结主要在于法律法规建设滞后、管理监测不力、消费者安全意识不足;解决食品安全问题应强化政府、企业、消费者三者相结合,构建科学合理的防范体系与机制。为了提高食品安全问题研究的针对性、实用性与前瞻性,今后应进一步加强完善我国食品安全法律体系的构建,加大对企业伦理道德的研究,深入探讨消费者行为分析,加大食品安全危机公关、食品安全绿色物流与绿色供应链的研究,在深化国际绿色营销研究的基础上探究出一条中国特色的绿色营销道路。
Food safety has become a widespread and serious social issues, current research focuses on defining the meaning of food safety, meaning exploration, status description, real causes and coping strategies such as the five areas. The meaning of food safety, we should understand both the broad and narrow, and should be distin- guished from food hygiene. Food safety research is related with economic development, political stability and liveli- hood stability. The current range of food safety worries exist in many areas. The crux of the main is that laws and regulations construction is lagging behind, that management monitoring is weak, and that consumers are lack of safety awareness. So solving food safety issues should strengthen combination of the government, enterprises and consumers in order to build a scientific and rational system and mechanism of prevention. In order to improve food safety issues of relevance, practical and forward-looking,in the future to further strengthen construction of China's food safety the legal system,to intensify the research on business ethics and in-depth analysis of consumer behav- ior, to increase the research about public relations of food security crisis, food safety green logistics and green supply chain,and explore a road to green marketing of with Chinese characteristics based on the research about the inter- national green marketing.
