摘要 目的探讨分阶段健康教育在老年经皮冠状动脉介入术(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention,PCI)患者中的应用效果。方法将接受PCI治疗的240例老年患者随机分为观察组(120例)和对照组(120例),观察组采用分阶段健康教育方式,对照组采用传统随机健康教育方式,比较两组患者健康知识掌握率、护理质量满意度、并发症发生率、复诊率及服药依从性情况。结果观察组在护理质量满意度、健康知识掌握率、门诊复诊率、服药依从性等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性尿潴留的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年PCI治疗患者中采用分阶段健康教育保证了健康教育的有效性,可提高患者满意度,降低术后并发症。 Objective The study was intended to understand the effectiveness of phased health education in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for elderly patients. Method 240 elderly patients of PCI were randomly divided into an experiment group(120 cases) and a control group(120 cases). The experiment group were treated with phased health education method, while the control group were treated with traditional method. The knowledge of health, satisfaction with nursing care, the rate of incidence of complications, the referral rate and medication compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The experiment group were found to be stronger than the control group in commanding health knowledge, satisfaction with nursing care, referral rate and acute urinary retension. The difference was statistically signifieant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Phased health education is effective for elderly PCI patients. It can improve patient satisfaction and reduce postoperative complications.
