食管癌术后经鼻空肠管行肠内营养的护理

A reflection on the practice of nasal jejunal tube aided enteral nutrition for post-esophagectomy patients

文章回顾性分析了36例食管癌术后给予鼻空肠管行肠内营养液患者的护理经过,总结护理经验。通过给予心理护理、基础护理、并发症的观察等措施,36例患者未出现脱管、堵管,1例因无法耐受而自行拔管,其余35例患者成功实施肠内营养。

Ojective The study was intended to obtain a reflection on the work of nursing 36 patients with TDF-D thorough nasal jejunal tube after esophagectomy. Method The work of nursing for 36 patients with enteral nutrition thorough nasal jejunal tube after esophagectomy was reviewed. Results The review suggested that provision of psychological nursing, basic nursing and monitoring of complications to the patients 36 patients enabled enteral nutrition to be successfully performed for 35 of the 36 patients nursed, with only one patient removing the tube due to inability to tolerate. Conclusion TDF-D thorough Nasal jejunal tube after esophagectomy is simple, cost-efficient and safe.
