中医护理对功能性腹胀抗焦虑治疗的影响

The effects of anxiolytic-aided TCM nursing on functional abdominal distention

目的探讨中医护理对功能性腹胀抗焦虑治疗临床效果、患者依从性和随访率的影响。方法随机将40例功能性腹胀患者分为对照组(n=20)和治疗组(n=20),治疗12周后评价临床效果、患者依从性和随访情况。结果治疗组和对照组治疗前腹胀积分分别为(2.86±0.83)分和(2.79±0.86)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组腹胀症状积分为(0.92±0.52)分和(1.5±60.48)分,较治疗前均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组随访情况构成不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的按计划随访率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但失访率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医护理能够提高功能性腹胀抗焦虑治疗的临床效果、患者依从性和随访率。

Objective The study was conducted to examine the effects of anxiolytic-aided TCM nursing on functional abdominal distention in the respects of therapeutic effect, compliance and follow-up. Method 40 cases were divided into a control group（n=20） and an experiment group （n= 20） randomly. Therapeutic effect, compliance and follow-up were evaluated after 12-week＇s treatment. Results Abdominal distention scores of the control group（2.86±0.83） and those of the experiment group（2.79±0.86） before treatment had insignificant difference（P〉0.05 ）. Abdominal distention scores of the control group after treatment （0.92±0.52） was better than that of the experiment group （ 1.5 ± 60.48 ） （ P〈0.05） , both of which were lower than that of before treatment（ P〈0.05）. Compliance of the experiment group was better（ P〈0.05）. Follow-up constitution of both groups was different（P〈0.05） where the irregular follow-up rate of the experiment group was higher（P〈0.05） , while difference in loss rate of follow-up was insignificant. Conclusion TCM Nursing can improve therapeutic effect, comp liance and follow-up for functional abdominal bloating with anxiolytic and thus promote therapeutic effectiveness.
